Terms of Service

Markedee provides digital marketing, social media management, paid advertising, web development and AI automation services, along with Tooldee, our SaaS product suite. The exact scope, deliverables and price for a project are agreed with you directly, over WhatsApp or email, before any work begins.

We do not list fixed prices on this website, since project scope varies by business. We send a specific quote for your project before starting work, and that quote is confirmed with you before any payment is taken. Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway, which handles your card or bank details directly. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

Cancellation and refund terms, including how monthly retainers can be paused or cancelled, are set out in full in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Once a project is paid for in full, ownership of the final deliverables (the website, designs, content and similar assets we create specifically for you) transfers to you. We may retain the right to display completed work in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to. Any third-party tools, fonts, stock assets or licensed software used in your project remain subject to their own license terms.

Content on this website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or reproduce our content without permission.

We aim to deliver every project to the agreed scope and timeline, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, such as a fixed amount of traffic, followers, leads or sales, since these depend on factors outside our control. Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific project or retainer period.

Our referral programme, in which a client can earn 10% when a business they refer becomes a paying client, is described on our referral page. The reward is either a discount on a future invoice or a payment of 10% of the referred business’s first invoice, as set out on that page. We may deduct tax where the law requires it, and we may change or end the programme at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
